When sending your shipment or your personal effects, a document called -Air Waybill [AWB] or Air Transport Letter [LTA] bearing a number) must have been given to you by the airline or by the freight forwarder .If you have entrusted your shipment to a freight forwarder, please contact the freight forwarder with the AWB number. If you did not use a freight forwarder, contact the agents of the company on which your goods traveled (contacts are on the website).
To independently collect your shipment, you must first complete customs import formalities (see the customs website), then present yourself with your AWB to the agent of the company on which were transported your goods.
