Dangerous goods are any substances likely to present a significant risk to health, safety or property when transported by air; thus requiring specific and sensitive treatment in accordance with the standards and regulations in force.

Dangerous goods are listed in a list made up of nine classes according to the hazards and dangers they represent, in accordance with the rules established by the United Nations -UN- and managed by ICAO, through their safety annexes.

Air Algérie Cargo adheres to the requirements of ICAO and IATA in this regard and has trained, highly qualified and certified teams who take care and are responsible of the acceptance, preparation for transport and storage of dangerous goods.

Our facilities include specific areas for the storage of the dangerous shipments (explosives, radioactive, corrosive, flammable, etc.)
